Hungarizmus – kezdetektől az állam ellen (A kialakulástól a rendszerváltás megéléséig)

Abstract

A hungarizmus a nemzetiszocializmus magyar gyakorlata. Radikálisan baloldali elemei miatt a jobboldali konzervativizmus ellenfele. A Horthy-korszakban felismerték veszélyességét és a rendvédelem extrémizmusként kezelte. Az 1930-as évek második felében népszerűsége dinamikusan nőtt a társadalom egyes rétegeiben. Az elhárító szerv aktív intézkedésekkel igyekezett korlátozni, akadályozni a hungarizmus térnyerését, hatalomra törését. Lejárató akciók, provokátorok alkalmazása, politikai vezetők ellen indított büntetőeljárások, bebörtönzések segítették az üldöztetés-tudat térnyerését. Az elemzés a társadalombiztonság és a rendvédelmi szervek válaszai fókuszából vizsgálja a hungarizmushoz kapcsolódó kihívásokat. Mindegyik időszak más-más kockázatot hordozott a magyar társadalom számára.

Hungarism represents the Hungarian manifestation of National Socialism. Due to its radically left - wing elements, it stands in opposition to right - wing conservatism. During the Horthy era, its dangerous nature was recognised, and law enforcement authorities treated it as a form of extremism. In the second half of the 1930s, its popularity increased dynamically among certain segments of society. The counter - intelligence services sought to limit and obstruct the spread of Hungarism and its attempts to seize power through active measures. Discrediting operations, the use of provocateurs, criminal proceedings initiated against political leaders, and imprisonments contributed to the strengthening of a sense of persecution. The analysis examines the challenges associated with Hungarism from the perspective of societal security and the responses of law enforcement agencies. Each of these periods posed different types of risks to Hungarian society.
