Today, there is a shift in attitudes that are affecting everyday life at work. This change will have an impact on the workplace, with the consequence that sooner or later employees will reevaluate long hours spent at work and create a need for personal and professional development. Through a case study, we demonstrate how motivation can be inhibited by the lack of autonomy and creativity.
