HR in the V4 countries in light of an empirical research

Abstract

In the period between May 1, 2023 and November 30, 2023, an online questionnaire survey was carried out and a total of 2089 analysable responses was received from various organizations (companies and institutions) in the examined countries (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia). Our questionnaire used during the survey includes the larger groups of questions to collect the respondent's experiences, opinions and expectations on Human Resources Management activities.
