Abstract
A modern hadiipari termelésben a nagy kaliberű tüzérségi lövedékek gyártása során alkalmazott roncsolásmentes anyagvizsgálati (NDT) technológiák kiemelt szerepet kezdtek el betölteni a gyártásbiztonság és a termékminőség biztosításában. A modern gyártás során ezért nagy energiájú lineáris gyorsító alapú röntgenberendezéseket alkalmaznak. A cikk központi témája annak elemzése, hogy miként írhatják felül a munkavédelmi és ergonómiai szempontok az eredeti sugárvédelmi tervezési koncepciót, annak elképzeléseit. A tanulmány rámutat arra, hogy a sugárvédelmi tervezés a modern hadiiparban nem kizárólag fizikai és dózisszámítási kérdés, hanem integrált mérnök-tervezői feladat, ahol a robbanásvédelmi (például repeszvédelem), sugárvédelmi, illetőleg munkavédelmi, azon belül is ergonómiai és üzemviteli szempontokat együttesen szükséges figyelembe venni.

In modern military production, non-destructive testing (NDT) technologies used in the production of large-caliber artillery shells have played a key role in ensuring production safety and product quality. Therefore, high-energy linear acceleratorbased X-ray equipment is used in modern production. The main topic of the article is the analysis of how occupational safety and ergonomic considerations can override the original radiation protection design concept and its underlying assumptions. The study points out that radiation protection design in modern military is not an exclusive and dose calculation issue, but an integrated engineering-design task, where explosion protection (e.g. shrapnel protection), radiation protection, occupational safety, and ergonomics and operational management aspects must be taken into account together.
