Efficiency Improvement in Infrastructure Migration Projects through Communication, Scheduling and Control

Abstract

The article introduces a very interesting example of improving the project efficiency via simple project management tools communication and control. In this case study the project manager takes over the project with delay. The execution of the project scope within timing and budget seems to be “mission impossible”. We will see if we apply the appropriate planning, significantly improve communication and apply continuous control we can close a successful project.
