Abstract—The paper proposes a data transmission system
using white LEDs. This technology uses a microcontroller
series STM-32. The transmission uses digital pulse-frequency
modulation to encode the binary system. The modulation is
implemented using the digital output of the microcontroller.
The proposed scheme has allowed to transfer character data
with a frequency of 10-3 s. In the period of the improvement of
the proposed scheme, the data transmission speed can be
increased significantly and to communicate to the CPU clock.
