A tudás, mint sikertényező a munkavédelemben: Magyarországon működő vállalatok tudásmenedzsment gyakorlatának kvalitatív felmérése

Abstract

A baleseti mutatók tükrében kérdéses a megfelelő munkavédelmi tudás megléte a vállalatoknál, ahogyan a tudásmegosztás és tudásmenedzsment hatékonysága is. Kutatásunk célja a munkavédelmi tudást befolyásoló tényezők, a tudásmegosztás jellemző problémáinak feltárása és azon hiányosságok meghatározása, amelyek megoldása révén eredményesebbé tehető a vállalatok munkavédelemmel kapcsolatos tudásmenedzsmentje. Szakértői mélyinterjúk alapján magyarországi munkavédelmi szakemberek, vezetők körében, mikroszinten vizsgáltuk a közép- és nagyvállalatok munkavédelmi tudásmenedzsmentjét. Az interjúk elemzésére grounded theory módszert alkalmaztunk. Vizsgálatunk alapján megalkottuk az eredményes munkavédelmi tudásmenedzsment elméleti modelljét. További kutatások szükségesek a modell validálása, illetve a munkavállalók munkavédelmi tudásának mérhetősége érdekében.

In the light of the accident indicators, the existence of adequate occupational health and safety knowledge in companies is questionable, as is the effectiveness of knowledge sharing and knowledge management. The aim of our research is to explore the factors influencing occupational health and safety knowledge, the typical problems of knowledge sharing, and to determine the gaps, the solution of which can make the occupational health and safety knowledge management of companies more effective. On the basis of in-depth expert interviews, among Hungarian safety specialists and managers, we investigated occupational health and safety knowledge management of medium-sized and large companies at a micro level. We used the grounded theory method to analyze the interviews. Based on our research, we have created a theoretical model of effective occupational health and safety knowledg management. Further research is needed in order to validate the model and measure employees' occupational safety knowledge.
