Our first thought may be that where the production side of organic farming has a strong background, there are also strong markets. However, if we look deeper into the issue, we can see that this is only true in some countries, but rather there is a link between environmental awareness, prosperity and organic products, and between the production of organic goods and the development of agricultural and processing industries.
