Our first thought may be that where the production side of organic farming has a
strong background, there are also strong markets. However, if we look deeper into the
issue, we can see that this is only true in some countries, but rather there is a link between
environmental awareness, prosperity and organic products, and between the production of
organic goods and the development of agricultural and processing industries. The study
analyzes these issues and substantiates the claims, based on data from recent decades.
