Special Classes of Shifted k-dimensional Vectors Modulo a Prime

In this paper we will discuss a problem concerning vectors with integer coordinates modulo a prime number. We will proceed from a problem that was set in the Kürschák competition in 2018, and we will give a strong generalization of it. We will also formulate some open questions
