Abstract
Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) integrates sustainable practices throughout supply chains, addressing environmental, economic, and social concerns. This study examines the implementation of GSCM across various industries, including lumber, steel, electronics, automotive, construction, and food. It analyses key frameworks such as the triple bottom line, cradle-to-cradle, and circular economy. Industry case studies reveal common themes, such as waste reduction, eco-friendly sourcing, and process optimization. However, differences also emerge due to sector specific challenges, including resource constraints and unique operational needs. The lessons learned emphasize the importance of stakeholder collaboration, innovative solutions, and targeted strategies to overcome barriers like high costs and limited infrastructure. These insights provide best practices for aligning GSCM with sustainability goals, fostering both economic resilience and environmental stewardship.
