A humán erőforrás vállalati működéssel összefüggésbe hozható kockázatai az autóiparban

Abstract

Az autóipar az elmúlt évtizedben olyan gyors és mélyreható technológiai átalakuláson ment keresztül, amely alapvetően formálta át a humánerőforrás‑kockázatok jellegét. Az Ipar 4.0 és az Ipar 5.0 megjelenése a gyártási folyamatok digitalizációját, automatizációját hozta magával, amellyel új kompetenciakövetelmények jelentek meg. A technológiai komplexitás növekedése mellett egyre hangsúlyosabbá vált az élethosszig tartó tanulás, a rugalmasság és a rezíliencia szerepe is. A humán tényezők kockázati hatása nem csupán a szakmai felkészültséghez, hanem a szervezeti működéshez, a pszichoszociális terheléshez és a technológiai átmenethez kapcsolódó kihívásokhoz is kötődik. A cikk célja ezen kockázatok rendszerszintű feltárása, valamint azoknak a kompetenciahiányoknak az azonosítása, amelyek a modern autóipari környezetben működési bizonytalanságot okoznak, figyelmet fordítva a felsőoktatás szerepére is a témában.

Over the past decade, the automotive industry has undergone such rapid and profound technological transformation that it has fundamentally reshaped the nature of human resource risks. The emergence of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 has brought about the dig itization and automation of manufacturing processes, giving rise to new competency requirements. Alongside increasing technological complexity, the roles of lifelong learning, flexibility, and resilience have also become increasingly prominent. The risk im pact of human factors is linked not only to professional pre- paredness but also to challenges related to organizational operations, psychosocial stress, and technological transition. The aim of this article is to systematically explore these risks and ident ify the competency gaps that cause operational uncer- tainty in the modern automotive industry, while also highlighting.
