Életstratégiáink a bizonytalanság digitális korában

Abstract

Hankiss (2012) egy videoriportban [1] egyszer azt mondta, hogy az ember törekvéseinek a fele a biztonság, a másik fele pedig a szabadság keresése. Véleménye szerint a biztonság mindig is fontos volt, s a különböző civilizációk megteremtették és körbevették magukat egyfajta burokkal, melytől azt remélték, s gyakorlatilag el is hitték, hogy alatta biztonságban vannak. Szóhasználatával élve a posztmodernben, vagy más nomenklatúra szerint a negyedik ipari forradalom korában, illetve a digitális korban, vagyis jelenkorunkban azonban a modern kultúrából örökölt biztonságburkon már repedések vannak, amelyek újfajta helyzetet teremtenek a társadalom és tagjai számára, s ez többek között a növekvő és diverzifikálódó bizonytalanságban is megfigyelhető. Tanulmányomban Hankiss releváns gondolatai köré rendezem saját gondolataimat azzal a céllal, hogy bemutassam a digitális kor néhány életstratégiáját, melyek a bizonytalanság csökkentésének a lehetőségével is kecsegtethetnek.

In a video report [1], Hankiss (2012) once said that half of man's aspirations are security and the other half is the search for freedom. In his opinion, security has always been important, and different civilizations have created and surrounded themselves with a kind of shell, from which they hoped and practically believed that they were safe under it. Using his terminology, in the postmodern era, or according to another nomenclature, in the age of the fourth industrial revolution, or in the digital age, i.e. in our present age, there are already cracks in the security envelope inherited from modern culture, which create a new kind of situation for society and its members, and this, among other things, is the growing and diversifying can also be observed in uncertainty. In my study, I organize my own thoughts around the relevant thoughts of Hankiss with the aim of presenting some life strategies of the digital age, which can also promise the possibility of reducing uncertainty.
