A munkavédelmi képviselők szerepe a munkavédelmi feladatok ellátásában

Abstract

A munkavédelmi érdekképviselet egyik legkézenfekvőbb, legkönnyebben elérhető formája a munkavédelmi képviselői rendszer. A munkavédelmi képviselő választás megtartása és eredményessége, azon felül, hogy a munkáltatók és a munkavállalók akaratán múlik, nagyban függ a jelölt elfogadottságától és rátermettségétől. Ahhoz, hogy hatékonyan tudjon közreműködni a munkavállalók jogainak és érdekeinek képviseletében, elengedhetetlen, hogy tenni akarjon értük. A kutatás során munkavédelmi szakemberek szemszögéből vizsgáltuk meg a munkavédelmi képviselők elfogadottságát, szerepüket a vállalkozás munkavédelmében, a feladat ellátásához szükséges szakmai képzettségen felüli készségeiket, és munkabiztonsági szakmai tudásukat.

A kutatás célja a magyarországi munkavédelmi képviselők feladatainak, a munkavédelmi szervezeten belüli elhelyezkedésüknek, és elfogadottságuknak vizsgálata kvalitatív kutatás során, munkabiztonsági szakemberek bevonásával szakértői mélyinterjúk segítségével, tartalom elemzés módszertanával.

One of easily accessible forms of occupational safety and health advocacy is the occupational safety and health representative system. In addition to being dependent on the will of employers and employees, the conduct and success of the election also depends on the candidate's acceptance and ability. In order to effectively contribute to the representation of the rights and interests of employees, it is essential that they want to do something for them. During the research, we examined the acceptance of representatives, the company's role in occupational safety and health, their skills beyond the qualifications required to perform the task, and their professional knowledge of occupational safety and health from the perspective of professionals. The aim of the research is to examine the tasks of Hungarian occupational safety and health representatives, their location within the occupational safety and health organization, and their acceptance during qualitative research with the involvement of occupational health and safety specialists with the help of in-depth expert interviews, using the methodology of content analysis.
