This paper focuses on implementing a Fleet Management System (FMS) in hospitals, using autonomous mobile delivery robots. The primary aim is to enhance efficiency and alleviate the workload of healthcare staff. The FMS plays a crucial role in planning and controlling drug delivery tasks performed by a fleet of mobile robots, which retrieve medications from storage. Operating on a centralized control architecture, the FMS is a central hub for receiving, processing, and distributing user tasks to the multi- robot system. It continuously monitors the status of robot systems and stores real-time data. The FMS comprises a backend Application Programming Interface (API), a task scheduler with algorithms to solve task allocation problems, and a robust database management system.hu_HU
