Abstract
Due the nowadays increasing energy demands, the renewable energy sources and their utilization are more and more emphasized. In this article, we review the wind energy utilization, especially for the smile size wind turbines for BAWT (Building Augmented Wind Turbine). After this review we will present a flow simulation around a 10 floor building’s roof. Next this analysis, we will increase the fluid velocity with guide baffle and we will choose an optimal configuration for wind turbine installation.
