A Hibamód- és Hatáselemzés alkalmazása napjaink autóiparában

Abstract

Failure Mode and Effect Analyis (FMEA) is a widely known quality management method in automotive industry (and industry as well). Its utilization is a requirement according to ISO/TS 16949 standard (surplus requirement of ISO 9001 standard) for automotive manufacturer companies. The requirement is binding for automotive companies and their suppliers.AIAG (Automotive Industy Action Group) and VDA (Verband der Automobobilindustrie-Association for Automotive Industry) has their own specification of FMEA. In addition automotive companies (Ford, GM, PSA) have descriptions of the method as well. Besides every supplier can create its own regulation for the usage of the tool.In our work we introduce the rules of FMEA, its creation process and process steps. We show the methodology’s correspondence with the quality system (Control Plan, FMEA). We analyse the advantages of the tool for suppliers and automotive companies.
