<title>Smart pedestrian crossing for the blind and visually impaired</title>

<description>Smart pedestrian crossing for the blind and visually impaired
Fischer, Dávid; Marx, Mátyás; Pogátsnik, Mónika

The aim of our research is to promote equal&#13;
opportunities for the blind and visually impaired. It is&#13;
indisputable that they can encounter challenges even in&#13;
everyday traffic situations. An environment which is not&#13;
unobstructed can make it impossible for a visually impaired&#13;
person to approach it unaided. They are only able to use it&#13;
independently when strict conditions are met in pedestrian&#13;
crossing points without traffic control equipment. SafeXOne [1]&#13;
is a smart pedestrian crossing system designed for roads without&#13;
traffic control equipment. Our goal was to design an addition&#13;
that supports the visually impaired in their orientation, mainly&#13;
through a voice-based solution. It would allow for the proper&#13;
recognition of the crossing point, i.e., the orientation of the&#13;
individual. We want to help the visually impaired with&#13;
supplemental light signals as well. In addition, we use the basic&#13;
warning signals of the SafeXOne system to enhance security.; The aim of our research is to promote equal&#13;

<title>Error Detection Methods in Photogrammetry</title>

<description>Error Detection Methods in Photogrammetry
Jancsó, Tamás
Petőné Csuka, Ildikó
The error detection plays an important role in the&#13;
photogrammetric evaluation process. Digital Photogrammetric&#13;
Workstations (DPWs) are offering to cover the whole process&#13;
starting from the camera calibration until gaining the ground&#13;
coordinates of points for mapping, for 3D models and for&#13;
producing orthophotos. To achieve the final products in the image&#13;
evaluation with high accuracy, the error detection is an essential&#13;
part in each step. The paper summarizes the error detection&#13;
methods and solutions for correcting the final products in&#13;
photogrammetry.; The error detection plays an important role in the&#13;

<description>Methods for High Precision Shutter Speed Measurements
Rátosi, Márk; Vakulya, Gergely; Simon, Gyula

In this paper various methods are presented for&#13;
measuring the shutter speed of cameras. Both classical methods&#13;
for mechanical cameras and new methods for digital cameras&#13;
are reviewed. Real measurements illustrate that the potential&#13;
accuracy of novel methods is in the range of microseconds.; In this paper various methods are presented for&#13;

<title>Review of knowledge base according to Information Technology Safety Awareness</title>

<description>Review of knowledge base according to Information Technology Safety Awareness
Szarvák, Anikó; Póser, Valéria

The majority of cyberattacks are targeting&#13;
companies, government or service provider parties, but attacks&#13;
and threats are not limited to these parties. Also, the most&#13;
challenging in defense side to raise awareness of the employees,&#13;
but these employees most of their time are people who are enjoys&#13;
the benefits of technology and uses it in their private life.&#13;
Recently, according to IT Security Technology evolution, from&#13;
Information System perspective, the human is the weakest link.&#13;
This is supported by increased Social Engineering activity due&#13;
pandemic reasons. This paper reviews the recent attacks and&#13;
techniques according to increased e-commerce, internet and&#13;
mobile activity. The goal of this review is to highlight how the&#13;
usage of Information Technology and Information&#13;
Communication Technology changed and review the connected&#13;
fields, specially, the change in human side. This review defines&#13;
new ways to achieve safe and secure usage through Information&#13;
Technology Safety Awareness beyond Company Policy driven&#13;
Information Security Awareness which is predefined in NIST&#13;
SP-800-50 in 2003. The NIST standard suggests awareness&#13;
training where it blurs compliance with corporate policy and&#13;
basic, user knowledge. This review points out is that blending&#13;
Information Technology Safety Awareness is problematic and&#13;
straightening it up is a possible way to make user insecurity less&#13;
of a problem.; The majority of cyberattacks are targeting&#13;
