<title>Educational application of LEGO Mindstorms EV3 system by using different simulation environments</title>

<description>Educational application of LEGO Mindstorms EV3 system by using different simulation environments
Udvardy, Péter; Beszédes, Bertalan

Industry 4.0 requires wider and more sophisticated&#13;
knowledge about automatization and robotics. Collaborative&#13;
robots will be part of our every day soon, thus the education system&#13;
must be adapted to these new requirements. The LEGO&#13;
Mindstorms EV3 robotic set seems to suitable for educational&#13;
purposes from the elementary school up to the universities&#13;
considering the knowledge transfer level of these educational units.&#13;
This robotic set can be programmed in its ‘original’ programming&#13;
environment but also by using advanced simulation environment,&#13;
too. This paper shows the robotic set, the sensors, the&#13;
programming environments, the methods, and their possible&#13;
application on different educational levels.

<title>Autonomous power supply systems optimization for energy efficiency increasing</title>

<description>Autonomous power supply systems optimization for energy efficiency increasing
Svhets, Olga; Naizabayeva, Asel; Toleugazin, Alibi; Seebauer, Márta
Orosz, Gábor Tamás; Petőné Csuka, Ildikó
The paper focuses on the calculation of&#13;
electricity power generated by solar panel for an autonomous&#13;
house. It was drawn a block diagram based on the research.&#13;
The advantage of this automatic system is the elimination of&#13;
moving elements. It allows the decreasing of the risk of various&#13;
mechanisms failure and increasing the stability of the system.

<title>Low-level UDP network programming performance comparison on Linux</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14044/40369</link>
<description>Low-level UDP network programming performance comparison on Linux
Devecseri, Viktor
Orosz, Gábor Tamás; Petőné Csuka, Ildikó
This article presents some low-level UDP based net-&#13;
work programming methods and compares them by measuring&#13;
the number of transmitted messages per second on x64 and&#13;
POWER9 servers. The examined methods are: a naive imple-&#13;
mentation with busy waiting variants; single- and multi-threaded&#13;
synchronous and single-threaded asynchronous implementations&#13;
using Boost.Asio; and an implementation using the sendmmsg()&#13;
and recvmmsg() system calls for sending multiple messages at&#13;
once.
