<title>Motivation, Incentives and the Complexity of the Complexity of Human Behaviour</title>

<description>Motivation, Incentives and the Complexity of the Complexity of Human Behaviour
Zsigri, Ferenc
Szikora, Péter
Employee motivation is key for the long term upkeeping of high performance in&#13;
all companies. Unfortunately, innumerable fully fledged managers are in misunderstanding&#13;
about what motivation means and how it works. Many of them confuse motivation with&#13;
incentives and thus commit grave HR blunders. By doing so, they involuntarily damage&#13;
shareholder value whilst they intentionally try to enhance it. This article highlights the&#13;
difference between incentives and motivation. It also gives some insight into the mysterious&#13;
world of human motivation. It deals with not only well-known drives of motivation but also&#13;
less known ones which still influence us on each day of our lives.

<title>Tourism as a chance for development of serbian border regions</title>

<description>Tourism as a chance for development of serbian border regions

Szikora, Péter
Tourism as an activity of the future is the driving force of the rural and&#13;
peripheral European regions development. Those areas are usually located near the&#13;
geospatial borders of the countries and they are often considered as an ideal area for the&#13;
promotion of different types of the tourism. Border area could become a tourist attraction if&#13;
it has enough potential represented by specific and unique features which can attract many&#13;
tourists and curious visitors. Only as such, the border area provides opportunities for the&#13;
development of tourism types which are not based on massiveness, but on the&#13;
individualization of the modern tourists needs.&#13;
The aim of this paper was to identify the possibilities for tourism development in the border&#13;
region Lower Danube in Serbia. Based on the detailed overview of this region, it was&#13;
concluded that this area has significant advantages compared to the other tourist&#13;
destinations located around the Serbian borders. Possibilities for regional development are&#13;
predominantly reflected in the different types of the tourism - ecotourism, nature tourism,&#13;
sport tourism, cultural tourism, etc. Nevertheless, identified potentials are still insuficiently&#13;
used. In order to develop tourism and the region as a whole, precisely defined tourist&#13;
product and comprehensive strategy is required. Also, some of the guidelines could be:&#13;
stimulation of cross-border cooperation between the interested neighbour countries,&#13;
implementation of measures for improving the educational structure of tourist workers in&#13;
this area and encouragment of the public-private partnerships.

<title>The impact of ownership structure on bank risk taking – theoretical outlook</title>

<description>The impact of ownership structure on bank risk taking – theoretical outlook

Ownership structure plays a more relevant role in determining corporate&#13;
governance because it influences the motivation of executives and hence firms'&#13;
effectiveness. This paper focuses on the main theories of the relationship between&#13;
ownership structure and bank risk taking. Moreover, this paper summaries the literature&#13;
review on impact of ownership structure on bank risk taking, generally in the world and&#13;
particularly in Vietnam. Based on the systematization of the theoretical and empirical&#13;
studies related to the impact of ownership structure on bank risk taking, the paper will help&#13;
researchers, policy makers and bank managers understanding this relationship more&#13;
clearly. And from the understanding, they can change or re-structure bank ownership&#13;
effectively to limit the risks in Vietnamese banking system.

In the study, we aimed to test the weak form of effıcıent market hypothesıs on&#13;
stock market of turkey and hungary. In this context, the observations are monthly closing&#13;
values of stock market indices for Turkey and Hungary. Observations are taken for the&#13;
period October 2003 to January 2018. BIST100, BIST30, BISTservice, BISTfinancial and&#13;
BISTindustrial indices from Turkey; Budapest SE, BUMIX, FTSE Hungary and HTX&#13;
(HUF) indices from Hungary were investigated. Unit root tests were used to test the market&#13;
efficiency in the study. Carrion, I.Silvestre et all. (2005) Multiple Break Test KPSS,&#13;
Pesaran (2007) CADF and CIPS, Breuer vd. (2002) SUR ADF, Bai and Ng (2004) Panic&#13;
and Hadri and Kurozumi (2012) HK Panel unit root tests under cross section dependence&#13;
were selected for test of unit root. Results of the analyses, The Turkish and Hungarian stock&#13;
market indeces (except for BUMIX according to KPSS test) appear to dont have a unit root&#13;
(stationary structure) and we can conclude that the both countries stock markets are not a&#13;
weakform efficient
